Torsten Hartmann MRICS
Chief Executive Officer
Torsten was Head of Real Estate at a British Family Office over the past 7 years overseeing Assets under Management of c. £1.5bn.
He originated, financed, repositioned and structured commercial and residential investment and development opportunities in the UK, NYC, Germany, Spain and Poland. Prior to this he was a Vice President at Credit Suisse-Situs, London, focusing on Real Estate lending/origination, financial due diligence and underwriting on property transactions worth more than £3bn. Before that Torsten worked in CB Richard Ellis’ valuation and development teams in London's City and West End advising institutional clients on a variety of projects in the UK. Torsten is a qualified Architect, a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment.
Chief Credit Officer
Richard has over 35 years' UK and international experience in real estate banking and asset finance, focusing on credit risk management and financial due diligence, covering a wide variety of loan facilities in excess of £ 12bn.
He was latterly Head of Transaction Management for real estate restructuring in the Global Restructuring Group at The Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to this role, Richard was European Head of Real Estate Credit Risk Management at Credit Suisse based in London. Previously, Richard had been at Merrill Lynch where he was European Head of Real Estate and Asset Based Credit Risk Management, as well as European Head of Asset Recovery. Richard formerly held senior management positions in property and asset finance at Nippon Credit Bank, Hill Samuel Bank and TSB Bank. He also has a number of years' experience as a founder director of a private equity business, specialising in the arrangement of debt and equity investments for the hotel and leisure industries.
Chief Investment Officer
Romain founded Eurobridge Property, a real estate investment advisory boutique, in 2011. There he completed transactions worth over £50m in Central London.
Before that he was responsible for Dawnay Days’ Russian and Ukrainian real estate investment portfolios. Before that Romain closed more than £600 million of loans in the real estate finance department of Credit Suisse for acquisitions and refinancing of real estate assets and shares in real estate companies in the UK, France, Benelux, Germany and Poland (office, retail, industrial and hotels). Prior to that Romain had been involved in more than £3.4 billion of corporate transactions at Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Group . Romain started his career at Goldman Sachs and holds an MSc in Management (Economics and Finance) from HEC, Paris.
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel was previously managing corporate development and strategy at PATRIZIA Immobilien, a Pan-European real estate investment company with Assets under Management of £12bn at the time.
Prior to this he was a Legal Counsel at HOCHTIEF where he negotiated and drafted the contracts for various real estate transactions and developments, loan agreements and contracts for works worth more than £400m. Daniel began his career practicing as a lawyer with law firm AC Tischendorf in Frankfurt am Main. Daniel is a fully qualified lawyer and holds an MA in International Relations from John Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna, Italy and Washington DC.

Christopher is a founding director of Mornington Capital, a real estate corporate finance advisory and investment business focused on providing specialist advice for real estate owners, investors and developers across Europe. Mornington has worked in more than 24 countries and advised on transactions with a capital value of well in excess of £1.5billion.
Prior to establishing Mornington Capital in 1998, Chris Eddis spent the previous twelve years working with investment banks Goldman Sachs and J P Morgan in London, Hong Kong and New York, before establishing the finance arm of a successful property boutique firm in London (now part of Invesco). His career consisted of specialisation throughout the property, hotel and leisure sector. Chris has been responsible for the structuring and execution of major corporate and project specific finance, mergers and acquisition work and principal investments in the real estate sector in Western and Central Europe, Asia and the Americas. Chris holds a first class MA (Hons) degree from Cambridge University and is fluent in Spanish and French.
